• the doctor wll need to order a Prescriber Bag Supply Order Book from Services Australia using their Health Professional Online Services (HPOS) account - see https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/order-pbs-and-rpbs-stationery?context=20
• you will need to complete the form and submit via HPOS: https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/pb157 and in My Programs, click on PBS stationery online ordering
  • if this tab is not visible then your PRODA is not linked properly to your AHPRA/prescriber/provider numbers - phone 132 150 to rectify this - NB. provider numbers are now 7 digits then a letter - if your provider number is only 6 digits, add a 0 at the start
