if generalised, may be due to:
hypokalaemia
esp. if U waves present
very large chest wall (generalised low voltages)
hypothyroidism
(generalised low voltages)
restrictive cardiomyopathy (generalised low voltages)
cardiac tamponade (generalised low voltages)
if in coronary vessel leads only may be myocardial ischaemia if dynamic
digoxin effect
