  16. SUCTION checked and in position
  17. END TIDAL CO2 ready to connect
  18. AIRWAYS - Guedel and nasal
  19. LARYNGOSCOPES x2 - CMAC plus spare
  20. Endotracheal TUBE - size and cuff checked, lubricated; BOUGIE
  21. MONITORING - all on, Esp ETCO2 definitely ready
  22. IV ACCESS bilaterally with fluid running
  23. AIRWAY TROLLEY laid out with Plan A to D (including BOUGIE and SCALPEL)
  24. POST-INTUBATION sedation requested
  25. Ventilator set up
  26. Remember to DOFF PPE safely with buddy check
