Introduction

nasal obstruction is usually transient due to rhinitis may there are less common causes and more chronic causes
it may cause stertor and snoring

adenoid hypertrophy
congested nose / rhinitis
nasal polyps
retropharyngeal_abscess
cranio-facial abnormalities
